Where We Ship

We ship from Toronto, Canada to customers across Canada and internationally, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and many more countries across Europe, Asia, and beyond. A full list of served countries is available at checkout.

Processing Times

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before your order ships.

Apparel and print-on-demand items (including any garments or printed goods fulfilled through our production partner Gelato and Topstitch) require additional production time of 3–7 business days before shipping. These items are made with care, specifically for you.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and available carrier options (Canada Post and Purolator). You'll see the exact cost before completing your purchase — no surprises.

For print-on-demand items, flat shipping rates are calculated separately at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, please allow:

  • Canada (domestic): 3–10 business days
  • United States: 5–14 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
